Rock shoots baskets. Every morning, same drill, same spot on the court, same number of attempts. If you ask him why, he’ll tell you repetition is the only honest way to get better at anything. He’s probably right.
What he’s still learning is what happens when the plan gets interrupted. A new drill, a new teammate, a new rule. That’s where Rock gets stuck. And that’s where the rest of the Club helps him bend a little.
